Worth getting
Repeat buyer. Good flavor. Good source of protein. I have used this in conjunction with exercise and a decent supplement plan for 3 months now. I'm almost 60. I've put on 3lbs of lean muscle. And that is resistance training on 2-3 days per week. I'm a beginner and this will continue to be part of my routine.

A bit strong
This was a bit overbearing. Too strong of a taste and I typically prefer my protein powders to not have a dominant flavor profile. The packaging was nice.

Best tasting Protein!
I hate protein powder it always tastes terrible, this protein powder has proven me wrong. Ive been buying the 2 lb jug of Double Rich Chocolate for months its the best tasting protein powder mix I've ever had. I mix it in my oatmeal every morning. Thank you for a great tasting product!

Tasty Protein
I like to mix these with some milk yogurt and a little bit of chocolate syrup to help intensify the chocolate flavor and this one went well with those things. It was a great value and made plenty of servings. I like the packaging and found it to be professional, functional and sleek-looking and I have plenty of storage space so I was ok with the large size. The texture was smooth and it mixed up well with a blender ball bottle.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Double-rich Chocolate
I've been buying this delicious protein for many years. On days where I've neglected to take it, I don't usually feel as energetic (I use two or more scoops per day mixed with Nesquick and 2% milk) I don't have a big appetite so this protein is important to meet my nutritional needs. This stuff is so tasty. That's why double-rich chocolate is my favorite!

Disappointed
I'm disappointed. I'm new to this whole whey protein thing. In April, I stopped at the local store to ask for advice, so my first try was the Unmatched. Certainly tasty. They use real cocoa. And stevia to sweeten. But, I thought I would try another and chose this Optimum Nutrition product. It pales in comparison to Unmatched. The taste is "meh". Not as rich in the real cocoa in Unmatched. Even the size of the container is unwieldy. It won't even ft in my cabinet. (Both 29 servings). I guess I'll be going back to UNmatched, but it looks like they don't offer delivery for Unmatched? Would have liked to include in my monthly Subscribe & Save.

Amazing protein!
Definitely my go to, price is perfect, taste is amazing, mixes well, and has gotten me amazing results. No shade towards the other brands but after trying many different brands, optimum nutrition is always the one i go back to!

Best Answer:  No, being in a caloric surplus makes you gain weight. This product is only 120 calories per serving so its like eating a small snack, except for this gives you a lot of protein which is good for building muscle.

Best Answer:  You can mix it with almost anything. I thought it was great with just water alone. It's good with milk - use skim if you're trying to lose weight or fattier milk if you're trying to gain weight/muscle. I also like mixing it with coconut water. It's great blended with greek yogurt, ice, and a little water/milk (and even a banana) - it makes it like a milkshake. It's pretty versatile. Thep powder blends pretty well in just a shaker cup with a ball. Hope that helped!
